ADP Reopens Civic Fellows Application — Due August 18

By Cameron Lee, ADP Intern, AASCU

Professionals and scholars once again have the opportunity to become ADP Civic Fellows, a new initiative of the American Democracy Project. Civic Fellows will have the span of a one-year renewable term to develop their own research and ideas to design and advance ADP programming on a national scale. The Civic Fellowship is a cohort experience and members will receive support from the ADP national office in the form of programmatic, publication and leadership opportunities, as well as free registration to an AASCU event or conference. Working closely with Jennifer Domagal-Goldman, ADP National Manager, and the steering committee, Civic Fellows will ultimately explore assessment, research, and programmatic efforts related to ADP’s civic learning and democratic engagement mission and affect change within ADP.

Although four Civic Fellows (to be publicly announced in August) have already been accepted, ADP is reopening applications to expand the reach of this opportunity.

Applications are now due on Friday, August 18th, 2017 and they must be submitted to Jennifer Domagal-Goldman at domagalj@aascu.org no later than then. For questions, please contact Jennifer Domagal-Goldman at 202-478-7833 and click here for further information about the program.

The application can be found here.
