UPDATE: Release of Edited & Updated Global Challenges Blended Learning Course
AASCU is pleased to announce the release of its newly edited and updated blended learning course,
Global Challenges: Promise & Peril in the 21st Century.
AASCU’s Global Engagement Initiative assembled faculty scholars from diverse disciplines on 10 campuses to lead a collaborative initiative aimed at responding to higher education’s responsibility to educate globally competent and engaged citizens.
The resulting blended learning course can serve as a turnkey course, yet is fully customizable for adaptation to a particular course or instructor’s needs. The course is offered through the Epsilen LMS (no site license required).
A digital subscription to The New York Times will be included (at no extra cost) in The Global Challenges course this fall. The digital subscription provides unlimited access to NYTimes.com on any device and the NYTimes smartphone app.
